Pfascinated by human behaviors and personal development since my youngest age, sensitive, empathetic, attentive, spontaneous, curious, with a thirst for learning and always discovering new horizons, I deeply like to support others, bring comfort, find solutions for those who call on me , and thus contribute to their happiness.
As far back as I can remember, I have always loved supporting women and young people to help them
have confidence in who they are, in their strengths and talents.
Guiding them to what is deeply unique to them and what makes real sense to them in their lives, at important turning points, in times of transition, when they are wondering which path to take, whether between 16 and 25 years old or between 35 and 45 years old.
I see an obvious parallel between adolescence and the approach of forty, in moments of life under construction for some and moments of construction by questioning the good alignment for others, by remaining faithful to their deepest aspirations, thus honoring who they were when they were teenagers, the essence for me of who we are deep down, when we are in the rough, diamonds without polishing, without filters, in motion, in search of exploration, and not afraid to take risks, to continue to learn, to move forward, in confidence and in power.
Independent consultant for 7 years in the field of Training, I specialized in 2021 in personal support as a "Master Coach". My clients and those around me describe me more particularly as "Motivator" and the youngest as "Big Sister".

I am also interested in young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who are going through a particularly intense period, a subject that has always fascinated and animated me.
I am also a mother of two children and travel regularly between Brussels & Paris.
